1 big glass

1 1/2 cup of water (400 ml)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp honey

4 thin slices of ginger

Pour all the ingredients into a big glass container with lid. Give it a good shake and the drink is ready!

    • Hi Ana,

      I was told to have it first thing in the morning and that is what I have always done. Even my husband started one month ago and he lost a bit of weight without changing anything else. I also eat one grapefruit in the morning after having my drink. This will boost your immune system and kickstart your metabolisme as well. I also make the drink with just water, that is fine too. This recipe is more to make it taste nice and turn it into a delicious refreshing drink that is healthy as well. Warm regards Tanja
