Rise and shine with delicious crisp-bread

1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp amaranth seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp himalayan salt or sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 160 C.

First make a chia gel paste with the chia seeds and 1/2 cup of water. Mix the water and chia seeds in a small bowl and set aside for about 10 minutes.

In a medium size bowl mix all the other seeds and salt. When the past is ready pour it into the seed mix. Add oil and 1/4 cup of water and mix it well. Then pour the past onto a big baking pan covered with baking paper. Spread the mixture out with a dough scraper and press with the side of the scraper 16 even size squares, this will make the crispbread easier to break after baking. Bake for 1 hour.
