Serves 4 people

800 gram of boneless monkfish

2 garlic cloves crushed

1 small chilli chopped

1 handful of fresh corianders chopped

zest from 1/2 a lime

juice from 1/2 a lime

2 eggs

Sea salt and fresh pepper after taste

I place the monkfish in a bowl with juice from 1/2 a lime and with my hand blender I blend until I get an even mixture. You can also use a normal blender I just find it easier with the other one. After add the rest of the ingredients and stir it well. Take a big pan with a bit of olive or coconut oil and cook for a few minutes on each side.
