600g free range boneless and skinless chicken breast cut in squares
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp freely grated ginger
juice from 1/2 a lime
1 tbsp sesame oil
Mix all the ingredients together and pour the marinade over the chicken pieces. Set aside in a closed container or zip bag for minimum 1 hour.
Place the chicken squares on the skewers.
Then take a grill pan and place it over medium heat. Once it is hot grill the chicken until they are cooked throung. The time depends on their thickness.
Served with a fresh salad and tahini dressing.
