Turmeric latte

This late is such a delicious immune system booster.

1/2 a cup of coconut milk

1 tbsp fresh ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp turmeric

a twist of black pepper

5 drops of stevia, you can add more if you wish more sweet

Pour your coconut milk into a small pot with the rest of the ingredients and warm it up. Make sure it doesn’t start to boil. After I pour the hole thing into my nutri-bullet or blender to mix it well. This will make the drink more smooth and give it more flavour.
