Detox food diary

Day #6!

Yesterday I was out all day which means I didn’t cook myself.

I only got to take a picture of my lunch but dinner looked more or less the same.

Breakfast:

1 big glass of water with 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 grapefruit peeled and cut

1 small bowl of blue and blackberries

1 cup green tea

Snack:

Veggie sticks

Lunch:

Mixed salad

Dinner:

Mixed green salad
