Day #8

Sorry for not posting yesterday! We were out all day and I didn’t cook myself.

If you eat out during this period you should go for salads without dressing or vegetarian meals when you are on a detox diet.

Today I made this delicious salad for lunch!

Serves 4

2 cups baby spinach

2 cups kale small leaves

2 cups red cabbage finely sliced

2 carrots sliced with a use a julienne tool

1 small zucchini sliced with a julienne tool

1 avocado

1 cup blueberries

Prepare the veggies for your salad and mix it an a big bowl. Season with fresh lemon juice and olive oil, Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper.
